30th Annual Day of Mourning

Every year we gather in Grant Notley Park at the Broken Families Monument to honour those who have lost their lives as a result of their jobs in the preceding year. This year our theme is Psychological Safety – The Invisible Threat where we will discuss the broad and long reaching impacts of psychological safety and the lack of supports in jobs that are getting increasingly dangerous for the mental health of workers.
Join us as we morn those we lost last year and pledge to fight for those who weren’t counted and those who who are lucky enough to continue on. As more information becomes available we will be posting it here so please share widely and check back often. The draft agenda is below:
